By using La Dolce Visto you agree to the following terms.

What we provide La Dolce Visto is a visa preparation service. We prepare documentation to support your Italian Schengen visa application. We are not a visa agency, immigration lawyer, or legal representative. We do not submit applications on your behalf.

No guarantee of approval Visa decisions are made solely by the Italian Consulate. La Dolce Visto prepares your application to the highest standard but cannot guarantee approval. Approval depends on your personal circumstances and the consulate's assessment.

Payment The Tier 2 Prep Package is charged at the price shown at time of purchase. The free eligibility check carries no charge. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds If you are unsatisfied with your delivered package, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ladolcevisto.co.za and we will review your case. Refund terms are assessed on a case by case basis at launch.

Your responsibility You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before submission and for ensuring all information provided to us is accurate. La Dolce Visto is not liable for errors arising from inaccurate information provided during intake.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, where The Scalable Technology Limited is registered.
