La Dolce Visto is operated by The Scalable Technology Limited, a company registered in the UAE.

What we collect We collect only the information you provide during your eligibility check and visa preparation process. This includes trip details, employment status, and travel dates. We do not collect or store passport numbers, bank statements, or identity documents.

How we use your information Your information is used solely to assess your eligibility and prepare your visa application package. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes.

Data retention Intake conversation data is automatically deleted within 48 hours of processing. Generated documents are delivered via a secure expiring link and deleted within 7 days of delivery. Case metadata is deleted within 90 days of case closure.

Third party tools We use the following tools to operate the platform: Anthropic Claude API (document generation, zero data retention enabled), Voiceflow (conversational intake), Make (automation), Filestack (secure document delivery), Airtable (case metadata only), Stripe (payment processing).

Your rights You have the right to request deletion of any data we hold about you. Email us at privacy@ladolcevisto.co.za to make a request.

POPIA compliance We are registered with the South African Information Regulator as required under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). The data controller is The Scalable Technology Limited, UAE.
