La Dolce Visto is powered by artificial intelligence. Here is exactly how we use it, and what we promise you about it.

We never see your documents

Your passport, bank statements, employment records, and personal information flow directly through the platform. They are never stored in any system our team reads or accesses. What we hold is operational metadata only — enough to manage your case, nothing more.

AI that works for you

Our platform is powered by Anthropic Claude, one of the most safety-focused AI systems available. Anthropic builds AI with a stated commitment to being safe, beneficial, and honest. We chose Claude specifically because of that commitment.

Your data never trains AI models

Zero data retention is enabled on every API call we make to Claude. This means your information is processed to generate your documents and then immediately discarded. It is never used to improve AI models, never stored by Anthropic, and never seen by anyone other than you.

Your data has an expiry date

We designed the platform so data does not linger:

• Intake conversation data is deleted within 48 hours of processing

• Your generated documents are delivered via a secure link that expires after 7 days

• All case metadata is permanently deleted within 90 days of case closure

POPIA compliance

We are registering with the South African Information Regulator before accepting our first paying customer, as required under the Protection of Personal Information Act. Your rights under South African data law are respected in full.
